A Successful Community M2C Grace & Mercy Outreach 2026

Through the Lens of Giving: My 2nd Chance in Pictures

My 2nd Chance in Making a Difference

    A Successful Community Outreach

Through faith, compassion, healthcare outreach, community support, and practical acts of love, the M2C team continues to impact lives across Ghana and beyond.

“Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee — How great Thou art.”

As a team, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported, prayed, encouraged, and partnered with us throughout this journey. What God has done through the M2C Grace & Mercy Outreach has exceeded everything we could have imagined.

This outreach was not simply an event, but a powerful demonstration of faith in action, community partnership, healing, restoration, and hope.

    Grace & Mercy Conference

During our time in Ghana, we successfully held the Grace & Mercy Conference, where God’s presence was deeply felt throughout every session.

We were honoured to reconnect with the church that first welcomed members of our ministry team to Ghana in 2016 - Elim Glorious Church, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Mensah.

The conference created space for worship, encouragement, healing, ministry, and renewed faith, and we witnessed lives impacted in extraordinary ways.

    Health Outreach & Community Support

One of the most significant parts of the outreach was our two-day Health Outreach programme, where approximately 110 individuals received healthcare support and medical assistance for conditions including malaria, high blood pressure, and other health concerns.

Through partnerships, volunteers, healthcare professionals, and generous supporters, we were able to provide practical care to members of the community who otherwise may not have had access to these services.

While there is still much more work to do, this outreach marked another important step in our ongoing commitment to serving communities holistically - spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

My 2nd Chance in Making a Difference

    A Team Committed To Service

Every member of the ministry and outreach team travelled with a willingness to serve wholeheartedly. Together, we demonstrated unity, compassion, sacrifice, and commitment throughout the mission.

Team members personally contributed towards flights, accommodation, transportation, and meals, making this outreach possible through both financial sacrifice and practical service.

We were also blessed to work alongside healthcare professionals and supporters who brought their skills, experience, and compassion to the mission, helping us extend our reach and impact.

    M2C Ghana Foundation Mission 2026

I’ve just returned from my third mission trip to Ghana (27 April–6 May) with the M2C UK team, and I would like to share a little of my experience. Each time I go, it leaves a lasting impact on me, and this year was no different—my heart is full.

I had the privilege of travelling with six wonderful people who volunteered their services to serve, and together we poured into the communities we visited. Pastor Mel the CEO showed excellent leadership that inspired us all to work to a very high standard.  We spent time at a psychiatric hospital where we were able to give donations, M2C hosted conferences, ran children’s programmes, and shared in leadership sessions. Every moment felt meaningful and reminded me why this mission is so important.

One of the highlights for me was working alongside Ghanaian health professionals to provide health checks for 151 people of all ages, using new and donated equipment and medical supplies. Seeing the gratitude on people’s faces and knowing we were making even a small difference was incredibly humbling.

It was also so encouraging to see how the M2C Resource Centre, which opened in 2025, is continuing to grow and become a place of support and hope within the community.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported the work of the M2C Ghana Foundation—your prayers, encouragement, and generosity truly make a difference and make this mission possible. Thank you for being part of this incredible God-led mission.

Our recent mission to Ghana was a powerful reminder that service is simply an expression of God’s love in action.

Working alongside an incredible team, we provided health screenings for local communities, delivered much-needed supplies to hospitals and orphanages, supported staff at a resource centre, and participated in conferences for leaders, married couples, and women.

Through these experiences, we were reminded that Missio Dei - God’s mission, is not limited to a specific place or moment. Serving others can be part of our everyday lives wherever we are.

As Jesus taught, ‘For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others…’ (Matthew 20:28).

This mission is possible when we choose to demonstrate God’s love through service.

    Shalom and blessings.

It is with great delight that I can report on my experience of being a part of the Grace and Mercy 2026 Mission sponsored by M2C UK on behalf of M2C Ghana Foundation. I will be forever grateful to the Almighty God for the ministry of Rev Melanie Hamilton. Her vision, birth by the Holy Spirit some 30 years ago has come to fruition. Because of her obedience, I was able to partner with her along with other faithful servants of God in serving on this Mission. I am humbled.

I believe this is the first trip to Ghana, solely facilitated by M2C Ghana Foundation. It was wonderful having direct contact with the community in North Kaneshie during the health screening. Both young and old were able to benefit from having their vital health statistics, for example blood pressure, taken as well as being offered malaria screening and being given Vitamin C. We worked alongside local health professionals (doctors, nurses and pharmacists) from Accra Medical Centre and saw over 100 people. May God continue to create opportunities for this type of necessary activity to take place through the Foundation. There is much work to do and every bit of financial support, no matter how small, is making these opportunities possible.

The trip to the Psychiatric Hospital was moving. This facility was Government run. The nursing staff provided for the needs of the patients with compassion and dedication. They did not ask for anything to make their work life better but focused on what would help the patients recover and return to their families. Having better sleeping and washing provision and a comfortable environment were among some of the things they listed. We may be unable to build new accommodation, but we can pull together to improve their surroundings. I know God can make us able.

I am blessed to have been given the opportunity to serve Ghana through M2C UK and the M2C Ghana Foundation. I pray that God will continue to pour His favour upon this ministry and open doors that create a sustainable path to growth and impact.

Because of Christ and His Kingdom
