The success of our 2023 Mission was made possible through the incredible support of our M2C Village. Together, we laid strong foundations that we continued to build on throughout 2024, and in May 2025 we advanced this work even further.
We are also proud to announce that My 2nd Chance officially opened its Resource Centre in Ghana in May 2025. Following the setup of multiple training rooms, we ran our first training course online and in person in September 2025.
We are thrilled to introduce our dedicated Ghana team:
Jedidiah Odonkor Resource Officer, he has a background as professional marketer, master of ceremonies, certified electronic waste management consultant, and preacher with over a decade of experience working with NGOs and social enterprises.
Since May 2025, he has served as Personal Assistant to the CEO of My 2nd Chance, where he also performs key administrative duties and oversees operations as Resource Centre Officer.
Following the launch of the Resource Centre, Jedidiah has continued to manage the facility, ensuring it meets the diverse needs it was designed for. His role blends logistical coordination with strategic resource management, and he proudly wears the hat of managing the facility.
With a deep passion for children and adult education, Jedidiah, helps with the tutoring of our students that come through the doors of our resource centre.

Sophia Efua Hawkson is a certified midwife and dedicated community worker at M2C Ghana Foundation. A graduate of the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Pantang, she is deeply passionate about supporting mothers through childbirth and providing care with compassion, always giving freely without expecting anything in return.
She joined M2CGF with a mission to help beneficiaries access quality, community-based healthcare, especially for mothers and children. Sophia is committed to empowering women, both single and married, by promoting skill development as a means to reduce the rate of unwanted pregnancies.
Through her work in care and community outreach, Sophia continues to advocate for informed choices, holistic support, and lasting transformation. Her guiding belief is simple yet powerful: “Pregnancy is a choice, not a chance.”
Lois Doreen Aryeetey is a Community Worker at M2C Ghana Foundation, where she leads Fundraising and Marketing initiatives. A graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, with a BSc in Family and Consumer Sciences, Lois brings valuable experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
Her passion for community work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, and sometimes, just a little help. Through her role at M2CGF, she is committed to ensuring that no one is left behind, whether in access to resources, knowledge, growth opportunities, or a safe and supportive space.
Lois leads the charge in building strategic collaborations with schools, churches, corporate bodies, and local groups to strengthen M2CGF’s volunteer and fundraising efforts. She also spearheads the development of clear fundraising goals, organises impactful community events, and builds donor networks to support sustainable programme delivery.
Over the next three to six months, she aims to deepen community connections, expand outreach, and drive meaningful change through inclusive engagement and resource mobilisation.

Tracy Amissah Rock is a second-year Public Relations Management student with a strong passion for community development and social impact. As a Community Worker and Outreach Lead at M2C Ghana Foundation (M2CGF), Tracy is committed to creating opportunities for marginalised and underserved groups to thrive,
regardless of background or circumstance.
She leads the charge in organising and executing community outreaches, using advocacy, education, and compassion to empower those most in need. Over the next three months, Tracy aims to deepen her impact by connecting with vulnerable populations, amplifying their voices, and helping build stronger, more inclusive communities.
Guided by the belief that “mankind needs man to survive,” she brings both heart and strategy to her work, ensuring no one is left behind.
Oppong Ernest serves as a Community Worker at M2C Ghana Foundation, bringing unmatched commitment to supporting tuition programmes and empowering individuals who seek a second chance to improve their educational journey. A Ghanaian educator with a specialty in Primary Education and Social Studies, Ernest joined the M2CGF team with a strong passion for transformative learning.
In his role, he actively engages with learners and program participants, helping them build confidence and achieve personal growth. Ernest aspires to be a true agent of change, using his skills and dedication to make a lasting impact within the M2CGF community.
Over the next three to six months, he passionately aims to launch classes for street-connected children, support their integration into formal Ghanaian school systems, initiate vacation classes, and ensure the progress and success of these and other tuition programmes.
